Carolyn Renée Morris (she/her) is a teaching and healing artist with more than a decade of performing, teaching and healing experiences she provides in uplifting others. She’s the former executive
director of the ArtsXchange, a cultural arts organization, and of Alternate ROOTS, where she both ran the organization, and practiced as an artist. Carolyn Renée was born into a family of healers, and combines healing and creativity in pursuit of art and social justice, health, and well-being for the global majority on the frontlines of
advancing justice. This work is advanced through her nonprofit, Women Helping Others Advance (WHOA) the parent organization to her LLC, CarolynReneeHeals. She is a certified InterPlay Leader, and has been instrumental in using the InterPlay system to create Sacred Space for global majority citizens through weekend retreats, and an art-based Loving Container where she along with other healers hold sacred space for healing and deep exploration of dreams. With a passion for helping others on their healing journey, she also partners with USA/Ghana-based A Life of
Peace Wellness Education Institute teaching night wellness classes to ensure their mission and her own of cultivating a healers to be in every home. She goes by “Carolyn Renée.”
