I am the chef and owner of Lanee’s Whoopie Pies & Pastries LLC. I began my journey in baking and pastry at the tender age of six. Raised in a large family, I honed my skills in crafting cakes, pies, and pastries and started conceptualizing and arranging themed dessert tables from a young age.

In January 2000, driven by my passion for the culinary arts, I enrolled in the prestigious New York Restaurant School, embarking on a path to becoming a skilled pastry chef. After completing the program, I further honed my craft through an internship with a renowned French pastry chef at a Wall Street restaurant in the heart of New York City.

Throughout my illustrious career, I have delighted countless individuals and gatherings with my exquisite cakes and desserts, catering for various occasions, including weddings, baby showers, office parties, schools, and churches. With an impressive portfolio spanning over three decades, I continue to create unforgettable moments for others through my delectable confections.
